The SanDisk SSD Ultra320 Wide SCSI (formerly FFD 3.5" Ultra320 SCSI) is a state-of-the-art solid-state disk based on flash technology. The SSD Ultra320 Wide SCSI is fully compatible with the SCSI-2 and SCSI-3 interfaces and therefore with existing systems.
 
Due to its unique design, the SSD Ultra320 Wide SCSI eliminates seek time, latency and other electro-mechanical delays inherent in conventional disk drives.
 
Designed for systems that require highly reliable data storage operating under harsh environmental conditions, it is a perfect solution for military and airborne systems, time-critical video & audio servers, telecommunication systems, high-availability computing systems and factory automation systems.

The SSD Ultra320 Wide SCSI outstanding performance is based on SanDisk state-of-the-art TrueFFS technology which provides very high read and write transfer rates, enhanced endurance and maximum data integrity.
